Shipping, Returns, and Changes Policy
Returns: We are committed to your happiness. If something isn’t right, we will do everything possible to make it right. If I make an error I will do all I can to quickly remedy the situation by reprint, refund or credit towards a future design. Once a package leaves our facility it is no longer in my control what happens with the package.
Refunds & Cancellations: Orders cancelled after final proof approval will be billed in full. Deposits are for design services and cannot be refunded for any reason. Upon approval and final invoice payment, orders can no longer be canceled for any reason. I am not responsible for costs associated with re-printing and shipping due to errors approved by the client.
Changes: Any changes you request after you have approved the final design and we have printed and/or shipped the product will result in charges for re-printing, re-shipping, and design change fees that will be billed to you. After you approve the design, if you request any major changes in color, text or design or anything else before we print the product, we will charge an extra $20/hour for those changes. If the changes are minor, we may waive this fee at our sole discretion.
