3. Services & Custom Work
All services provided by PPP are custom and personalized. By their nature:
• Designs are created specifically for each client
• Printed goods are produced to client-approved specifications

Such variations are inherent to custom work and do not constitute defects.

4. Consultations, Proposals & Order Acceptance
Consultations are informational only and do not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement is formed solely upon:
• Written acceptance by PPP, and
• Receipt of any required deposit or payment
PPP reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or discontinue any project or order at its sole discretion.

5. Pricing, Payments & Deposits
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing.
• Full payment may be required prior to production, printing, or delivery.
PPP reserves the right to suspend work for late, failed, reversed, or disputed payments and is not responsible for resulting delays.

6. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks
Due to the custom nature of PPP’s services:
• All sales are final once production has begun
• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided for approved designs or completed work
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting PPP. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material breach of these Terms.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Reviewing and approving proofs and layouts
• Confirming spelling, grammar, dates, quantities, addresses, and design details
PPP is not liable for errors, omissions, or issues that were approved by the client at any stage.

8. User Conduct
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, scripts, or harmful content
• Engage in harassment, abuse, threats, impersonation, or fraudulent conduct
